At WEEKSTONE LAKES ESTATE LTD, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for accommodation bookings made through https://www.weekstonelakesestate.com
1. Cancellations by Guests
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund of the booking amount (minus any payment processing fees).
Cancellations made 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in: No refund.
We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
2. Amendments
Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur a small administrative fee.
3. No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not contact us will be charged the full booking amount.
4. Cancellations by WEEKSTONE LAKES ESTATE LTD
In the rare event that we must cancel a booking (e.g., due to safety issues, extreme weather, or operational reasons), we will:
Offer an alternative date; or
Provide a full refund of all payments received.
We are not liable for additional costs (e.g., travel, insurance, or other expenses).
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking and may take up to 10 business days to process.
